We ship to many countries worldwide and work closely alongside a range of couriers to ensure all orders are delivered within the quickest possible timeframe.
The delivery methods available to you will depend on the items ordered and the delivery country. To see your options, along with the respective cost and estimated delivery date, simply add the desired items to your basket and select your delivery destination.
Due to the volume of orders we process, it is not possible to select your preferred delivery courier, however, we will consider all of the couriers available to us at the time of dispatch to ensure the best option is selected.
Please note, some deliveries may take slightly longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather disruption or stock availability. Rest assured we will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses, and we strongly advise against requesting delivery to hotels, workplaces, multiple occupancy premises, or third-party couriers. Any such orders are entirely at the risk of the customer. Sugar Jardin cannot accept any liability for these orders if they fail to arrive or are damaged upon receipt. We will, however, do what we can to help out.
Most of our products are dispatched from our Taiwan warehouse. Some orders may be subject to additional formal customs clearance when leaving TW, depending on the destination country and order value. We anticipate a short delay whilst these additional checks are completed; unfortunately, we have no control over the timeframes.
When ordering from Sugar Garden you are considered the importer of record.
Delivery to all other countries
Orders delivered to all other countries are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. If your order does qualify for duty payment, you will receive instruction from your local courier, detailing the amount due. Once the recipient has paid, the order will be released for delivery.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient of the goods (the customer). We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
We are legally required to declare the full value of the goods (including shipping charges) on all packages. It is a criminal offense to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value, mark the order as a gift or make any other false declarations for customs purposes. Please do not ask, or expect us, to do any of the above.
